“For we are God’s fellow workers…” 1 Corinthians 3:9a
Have you ever read a Bible verse that suddenly seemed to pop out at you? That happened to me while reading 1 Corinthians. I was surprised by verse 9!
Paul was telling the Corinthians that their arguments showed they were still living worldly lives. But then he said something amazing - we are God's coworkers!
"Fellow" means someone who works alongside another person. So, we get to work alongside God! Isn't that incredible?
As I think about what God wants me to do in 2025, this reminder was just what I needed.
How can we let God change us and the world around us in 2025? As God's helpers, we're asked to do what Jesus did. What does this mean for you?
God has given each of us special gifts to help in His work. How can you use your gifts to bring hope to others?
Take some time to talk with Jesus about these things as you think about 2025. I hope God shows you how you can make a difference this year.
Remember, God has a special job just for you in His big plan!
