But here’s the good news: cultivating gratitude can help us remain resilient during these tough times. As Paul reminds us in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

Understanding Gratitude: A Glimpse Beyond the Clouds
